By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect:

Information about your store, including store name, domain name, and technical contact details.

Configuration settings for your app. This includes settings that determine how the app will look when placed on your store’s pages, and how the app will calculate timeframes.

Overrides for collections and products, where additional settings are stored for your store’s product groupings and individual items. This enables the app to calculate varied timeframes based on the specific product under consideration.

Analytics and Improvements:

We may use the collected information to analyze usage patterns, monitor the performance of the App, and make improvements to its functionality and user experience. This includes aggregating and anonymizing data for statistical purposes.

Provision of Services:

We use the collected information to provide you with the services offered by the App, including order confirmation notifications via WhatsApp. This includes sending order details to the designated WhatsApp number(s) provided by you during setup.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies for core functionality only. Customers may select from your available shipping locations, and we set a cookie to store this preference. This allows customers to continue browsing your store’s product pages without the need to keep setting their preferred location. This cookie is not used for tracking purposes.

We use the web browser’s local storage API to log critical information about the customer’s browsing paths. This allows the app to accurately determine the correct calculated timeframes when displaying the app on your cart page.

Legal Compliance:

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, comply with a court order or legal process, or respond to a lawful request from public authorities.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
