Website Privacy Notice (GDPR)

This notice explains how H3 Technologies handles personal data when you visit h3techs.com or contact us through it. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and similar laws. Our app-specific policies are listed on each app's own privacy page.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is H3 Technologies, 1st Floor, 61 T, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi, Pakistan. Email: info@h3techs.com. For any privacy question or request, write to us at that address with "Privacy" in the subject line.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact, quote and partner forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, website and the message you send. We use it to reply to you and prepare a consultation or quote. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Job and internship applications: your details, CV and any links you share. We use them only to assess your application. Legal basis: steps before an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Affiliate sign-ups: your details and how you plan to promote our apps, to review and manage the partnership (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Free website report: the website address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to run the check. We do not need your name for this.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google. See our Cookie Policy.

4. Who receives your data

• Our own team, only the people who need it to answer you or review your application.
• Our web hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Google, only for the website report tool, when you use it.

5. International transfers

Our team works from Pakistan, the UAE and the United States. When personal data from the EU or UK is handled outside those regions, we use appropriate safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purpose above and for any legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use these rights, email info@h3techs.com. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example your national authority in the EU or the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.

8. Security

The website runs over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam, and stored submissions are kept outside the public web folder with restricted access.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
