Life at H3
Good people building things that get used
We are one team in Karachi and Lahore working with businesses around the world. Here is what a normal week, and a good day, looks like for us.

How we work
What working here is like
Your work goes live
What you build is used by real businesses, from client projects to our own products and 25+ Shopify apps.
Learn something new every month
Web, Shopify, mobile apps, AI agents, cloud, voice and WhatsApp. There is always a new problem to solve and someone to learn it with.
Say it plainly
Ideas are welcome from anyone. If something is not working, we talk about it early and fix it together.
One in-house team
Designers, developers, testers, support, sales and marketing work side by side, so you see a project from the first call to launch.
Clients around the world
Work with businesses in the United States, the UK, the Gulf and Pakistan, and meet them at events at home and abroad.
We look after each other
We celebrate wins together, help each other on hard days and keep the door open for questions.
Team nights
One team, on and off the pitch
After work we play together too. Cricket nights in our own H3 shirts are a team favourite, and a good way to get to know the people you build with.
